Mixed Martial Arts action returns to the Albert Hall in Launceston on August 3rd, 2013 as Tasmania's most popular combat sporting organization VALOR hosts C SERIES 4, a night of professional and amateur action. Fighters representing Launceston, Hobart, Burnie and Melbourne, Victoria will collide in a evening of explosive fistic fury unlike available anywhere else in the state. In the main event, Launceston based fighters Justin "Pocket Rocket" Richardson and Shaun "The Buzzsaw" Etchell will clash in one of the most highly anticipated match ups in Tasmanian MMA history, while in the nights co-main event and in one of three Tasmania versus Victoria match ups, Tasmania's most experienced MMA fighter Dan "The Riot" Hyatt will participate in his retirement bout against New Zealand striking specialist Josh "Kyrptonite" Karst. A full under-card of amateur action will support the evenings co-main events, including the MMA debuts of Burnie's Adam "The Smiling Assassin" Cook and Hobart's Bayden "Fearless" Mandich. Renowned Master of Ceremonies, Perry Cale, returns to announce the action and as always, VALOR condemns and does not promote or encourage any violence outside of the professional arena and maintains a zero tolerance policy towards any offensive and anti-social behavior.
