What a Weekend of Fighting

So Fight Fans we have an action packed weekend ahead:

Here's some of the highlights:

Of course we have UFC 154 St Pierre Vs Condit - featuring the return of one of MMA's greats George St Pierre Article HERE

Pacific X-Treme Combat 34 featuring friend of this website and one of Asia's brightest prospects Mark Striegl in what is surely the biggest fight of his career to date - Article HERE

Which will be beamed live via Sherdog.com!

Bellator Fighting Championship 81

Bellator Fighting Championship 81 - You have to imagine with the birth of the World Series of Fighting that Bjorn Rebney will be responding by making sure Bellator is well placed to defend it's status as the second most popular MMA organisation in the world.

There are two Semi Finals fights in the Lightweight Competition:

Marcin Held (14-2-0) vs Rich Clementi (45-21-1)

Ricardo Tirloni (15-2-0) vs Dave Jansen (17-2-0)

These two fights promise a hell of a lot of action as submission expert Held tackles veteren UFC warrior Clementi and Brazilian Tirloni faces American Jansen both Bellator veterans, this is going to be one tough fight to call.

If those were the only fights it would be worth watching but add the likes of:

Marlon Sandro (22-4-0) vs Dustin Neace (23-18-1) and Jonas Billstein (10-2-0) vs Perry Filkins (6-1-0) and you know it's going to be an action packed high quality event.

Our friends in Australia at K-Oz Entertainment in Perth

Are about to have their biggest show to date with title belts on the line and yes that is Tito Ortiz, he's is not fighting but he will be cage side.
 Here's the Fight Card:

Jesse Taylor is (22-9-0) and has fought all over the world vs Steven Kennedy (10-5-0) a familiar face on the Australia fightscene.

Dave Hulett is (20-10-0) and his last win was over Xavier Lucas who can be seen on the TUF Smashes.

K-Oz are building up a great series of events and in January will launch a tournament called Elimin8tor - an 8 man - 1 night tournament, 1 winner. Should be good!

And that's just the tip of the iceberg - there are shows alla round Europe, Brazil, Japan the fast fading star of Asian MMA will have Heat 25: 8-3-1 vs Debutant anybody? No thought not. America is loaded with a variety of shows.

But frankly is you gotta choose any of the four we have featured above will be a lot of fun.
