The Colt 45 URCC Cebu 7: Dominate

As the Queen city prepares itself for one of the most touted and biggest festivals in the country, several of the Philippines’ best fighters are also underway in preparing for what is to be the most prestigious MMA sporting event that the Visayas has ever seen. Colt 45 and the URCC brings to our Cebuano fight fans, URCC Cebu 7: Dominate. A card that will feature two title fights for the Visayan titles in challenger Geronimo Etac going against Victor Torre for his Visayan Pin weight Title, and Rex De Lara set to defend his Visayan Bantamweight belt against the very formidable Carry Bullos.

These along with several of the proudest fighters from within the city and its neighbouring provinces are set to take place on the 13^th of January at the Cebu International Convention Center.

Colt 45 URCC Cebu 7: Domination also marks the beginning of a new movement of the URCC mothership as it moves forward into its 10^th year in the business as we stack all of our events, both provincials and national bouts, with Superfights. The country’s best against the best, a proverbial clash of titans happening all year round across the archipelago. Cebu will play host to the much awaited return to the local MMA scene of the URCC Welterweight Champion Eduard “The Landslide” Folayang who will go against the Brazilian, Wadson “Knockout” Teixeira. A superfight that will feature a son of the birthplace of MMA against the most heralded champion of the sport in the region, Eduard vs. Wadson, the perfect way to start the dominance of the URCC in 2012.

Bringing the best FILIPINO fighters to all the Filipino fight fans in the country, the URCC will dominate 2012. Be there! Bakbakan na!
