Apparently there have been a few people complaining about aspects of what was overall a great event.
So let me make some sort of explanation if I may.
Just three events ago Ultimate Beatdown was being held in a gym in front of 50 people, basically the crowd was the few friends and family that could fit in the gym.
This was Ultimate Beatdown's first event at a brand new venue and mistakes were made, the organisers were made to leave seven seats for some expected VIPS who never turned up, these seats took up the room meant for the more expensive Rm30 tickets. But come on people at the last event the cheapest tickets were Rm50, so please give us a little bit of leeway. It has already been decided that next event al tickets will be equally priced probably RM25.
The organisers tried to keep people from getting to the cage side. Many times they asked the fighters to keep the cornermen down to three, these pleas were ignored. Next time the organisers will control access to the cage side much better and control will be stricter.
To the person that said the cage was crap and that it should be like Singapore's ONE FC. Wake up! This is a small event held by a local gym. ONE FC is an international event funded by massive sponsorship. I accept the cage is too small and not the greatest quality and they are looking to make changes when they have the finances available to do so.
The cage is the biggest issue and the organisers are aware of it.
The other issues are teething problems and they will strive to make them better.
